By using the Pakistani Food Awards website or participating in the awards in any way, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time — the latest version will always be on this page.

Participation is open to restaurants, cafés, food businesses, chefs and digital creators operating in Pakistan. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees and their immediate family members directly involved in administering the awards may not participate in categories they oversee.

All nominations must be submitted through official Pakistani Food Awards channels. By submitting, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and truthful. Submitting false or misleading information may result in disqualification. Receiving a nomination does not guarantee shortlisting or an award.

We reserve the right to adjust, combine or cancel categories, and to move an entry to a more suitable category where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to affected participants.

Winners may use official Pakistani Food Awards winner assets — trophy, badge, certificate — only for the specific category and year in which they won. Award status must not be misrepresented, exaggerated or transferred. A Pakistani Food Award is a recognition of excellence at the time of assessment and is not a government endorsement, food safety certification or guarantee of future performance.

By participating, you grant Pakistani Food Awards the right to use your name, brand, logo and submitted images for promotional purposes including social media, press and the awards website. You retain ownership of your content. We own all Pakistani Food Awards branding, design and website content — these may not be reproduced without written permission.

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant for breach of these terms, submission of false information, fraudulent conduct, or behaviour that damages the integrity or reputation of the awards.

Pakistani Food Awards is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of any nominated business. Participants are solely responsible for their own compliance with Pakistani food, health and business regulations. Our liability in any matter is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
